摘要
相火理论是中医原创理论体系的重要组成部分,文章梳理了相火理论的发展沿革,分析了近年来有关相火理论与临床的文献,通过古代相火理论的研究、相火与诸火的对立统一研究、相火理论的疾病阐释、相火新议、相火理论的现代化研究5个方面综述了其研究现状.目前中医界对相火的认识还不够深入,相火理论的研究仍然大有可为.
Abstract
Phase fire theory is an important part of the original theory system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This paper reviews the development history of phase fire theory,analyzes the literature about phase fire theory and clinic in recent years,and summarizes the research status of phase fire theory from five aspects:the study of ancient phase fire theory,the study of the unity of opposites between phase fire and all kinds of fire,the explanation of disease of phase fire theory,the new discussion of phase fire theory and the modernization of phase fire theory.At present,the understanding of the TCM community is still not deep enough,and the study of phase fire theory is still very much potential.
