Research progress and prospect of transdermal administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast hyperplasia animal models
Mammary gland hyperplasia(MGH)is a kind of breast hyperplasia that is closely related to endocrine dysfunction and is neither inflammatory nor tumor. At present, there are many differences in the concept, classification, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. There are many problems in the method of promoting transdermal absorption, the transdermal composition of traditional Chinese medicine and the evaluation method of transdermal absorption in the treatment of MGH by transdermal administration of traditional Chinese medicine.Animal models and evaluation methods designed based on clinical disease simulation are not uniform and have certain limitations. At present,it is difficult to evaluate the transdermal absorption and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines in the same animal model. Therefore, finding an animal model of MGH with multi-factor pathogenesis has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of new drugs to effectively prevent and treat MGH.
