腹部推拿治疗消化系统疾病的研究现状及思考

摘要
消化系统疾病在临床上具有种类繁多、发病率高、病程缠绵的特点,严重影响着患者的生活质量及寿命,其在中医属脾胃系疾病的范畴,腹部推拿作为独特的中医外治疗法具有绿色安全、疗效确切、便捷属实、不良反应少的特点,在此类疾病治疗中应用范围广泛、应用频率高.笔者针对腹部推拿治疗消化系统疾病的应用进展、作用机制进行综述,同时对其治疗机理、优势及不足进行了思考及展望,以期为临床腹部推拿治疗此类疾病提供依据与支持.
Abstract
Digestive system diseases in the clinic has a wide variety,high incidence,lingering disease characteristics,seriously affect the quality of life and life of patients,in Chinese medicine belongs to the category of spleen and stomach diseases,abdominal massage as a unique traditional Chinese medicine external treatment has the characteristics of green and safe,accurate curative effect,convenient and true,few side effects,widely used in the treatment of such diseases,high frequency of application.The authors review the application progress and mechanism of abdominal massage in the treatment of digestive system diseases,and consider and prospect its treatment mechanism,advantages and disadvantages,in order to provide basis and support for the clinical treatment of abdominal massage.
