湿热体质的实证研究进展

摘要
湿热体质是以面垢油光、口苦、大便黏、苔黄腻为主要特征的体质类型.湿热体质人群作为偏颇体质中的第二大人群,在中医体质学的研究中愈发受到重视.文章通过梳理近年来湿热体质的研究进展,对湿热体质的成因、特点、分布、发病倾向、调体方法等进行理论阐述、列举科学实证.指出目前湿热体质研究的不足,并对其未来研究方向进行展望.
Abstract
Damp-heat constitution is characterized by oily face,a bitter taste,sticky stool and yellowish and greasy fur.As the second largest group of biased constitution,its research is now receiving increasing attention.By sorting out the research progress of damp-heat constitution in recent years,this paper theoretically elaborates and cites scientific evidence on the causes,characteristics,distribution pattern,pathogenic tendency,and methods of adjusting constitution of damp-heat constitution.We have identified the weaknesses in the study of damp-heat constitution and look at its future research directions.
