摘要
电针疗法对于多种急慢性疾病均有重要的治疗作用,已经被广泛应用于临床上多种疾病的防治中.临床上电针疗法的作用效应与刺激参数密切相关,电针刺激参数直接影响着针灸疗效,电针刺激参数受到越来越多医家的重视.当前研究主要集中于电针疗效与刺激参数之间的关系,探究安全、高效的刺激参数.目前电针刺激参数的研究尚处于起步阶段,有许多不足之处,电针刺激参数的规范化和量化有待进一步的挖掘.文章从电针的介入时机、波形、频率、强度、刺激时间等角度归纳和总结电针刺激参数的相关研究,以期为临床上电针疗法的更好应用提供参考.
Abstract
Electroacupuncture(EA)therapy has an important therapeutic effect on a variety of acute and chronic diseases,and has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of a variety of clinical diseases.The effect of EA therapy is closely related to the stimulation parameters,which directly affect the efficacy of acupuncture,and the stimulation parameters of EA have been paid more and more attention by more and more medical practitioners.The current research mainly focuses on the relationship between the efficacy of EA and the stimulation parameters,and explores the safe and efficient stimulation parameters.At present,the study of EA stimulation parameters is still in its infancy,with many shortcomings,and the standardisation and quantification of EA stimulation parameters need to be further explored.The article summarises and concludes the relevant studies on EA stimulation parameters from the perspectives of EA intervention timing,waveform,frequency,intensity,stimulation time,etc.,with a view to providing references for the better application of EA therapy in the clinic.
