中医体质辨识客观化研究进展

摘要
精确的体质辨识是高效运用中医体质学对疾病进行防治的大前提.但目前临床上大部分医生都是根据自身临床经验知识进行体质辨识,这种方法的准确率受医生医术水平高低以及一些其他主观因素影响.而采用根据不同人群体质特点细分化的中医体质辨识量表,以及一些客观化标识诊断的医疗仪器设备,如:医用人体红外热成像仪、人体成分分析仪、中医四诊仪、中医经络检测仪等医疗设备进行辅助辨识,能更好地帮助临床医生进行精准地、客观地辨识体质,高效把辨体与辨证相结合,充分发挥三辨"辨体-辨病-辨证"临床诊疗模式的优势来防治疾病.
Abstract
Accurate constitution identification is a major prerequisite for the efficient use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution to prevent and treat diseases.However,currently,most doctors in clinical practice conduct TCM constitution identification based on their own clinical experience and knowledge.The accuracy of this method is affected by the level of doctors'medical skills and some other subjective factors.The use of a TCM constitution identification scale that is finely differentiated according to the physical characteristics of different populations,as well as some medical instruments and equipment that provide objective identification and diagnosis,such as medical infrared thermal imaging devices for the human body,body composition analyzers,four diagnostic devices for TCM,and meridian detectors for TCM,can better assist clinicians in accurately and objectively identifying TCM constitution,and effectively integrate body identification and dialectics,give full play to the advantages of the clinical diagnosis and treatment model of'body-differentiation-disease differentiation-dialectics differentiation'to prevent and treat diseases.
