Progress of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating gastritis-cancer-transformation programmed cell death based on the theory of deficiency and stasis
Gastritis-cancer transformation is a key stage of gastric cancer prevention,and the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the identification and treatment of chronic gastritis,gastric precancerous lesions and gastric cancer has become increasingly prominent,and has become an important treatment method to improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of gastric cancer and improve the quality of life.Programmed cell death plays an important role in maintaining body growth and development,internal environment homeostasis,and normal physiological functions of tissues and organs.Dead cells mediate crosstalk between cells by releasing cytokines,further affect the biological functions of surrounding tissues and cells,affect the formation of local microenvironment,metabolism,cell carcinogenesis,etc.biological processes,regulate cellular inflammatory cascade and immune response,and promote gastritcs-cancer transformation.At the same time,cell death modalities transform and influence each other.Therefore,rational regulation of cell death mode and cytokines released during cell death,and then regulation of the local precancerous microenvironment of gastric mucosa,is expected to provide a new direction for blocking the transformation process of gastritis-cancer.The theory of'deficiency and stasis'in traditional Chinese medicine is the understanding of the pathogenesis in the process of gastritis-cancer transformation.The pathogenesis of programmed cell death remodeling the local precancerous microenvironment is an objective embodiment of the pathological manifestation of'stasis',and spleen deficiency is consistent with the disease state of gastric gland dysplasia and cancerous transformation.Deficiency of temper,dysfunction of rise and fall,resulting in local environmental alienation(immune dysfunction,precancerous microenvironment formation),evil qi entrenchment,stasis and poison interconnection(cell death mode change),the formation of masses,promote the gastritis-cancer transformation process.Under the understanding of the pathogenesis of'deficiency and stasis',focusing on the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine and the dynamic changes of gastritis-cancer transformation,the use of traditional Chinese medicine to regulate cell death mode and related signals can regulate inflammatory immune response,restore the relative balance state of the body,and then inhibit and block gastritis-cancer transformation.Based on the above understanding,this study focuses on the theory of programmed cell death and the therory of'deficiency and stasis',and elaborates the academic micro-purpose in order to provide theoretical support for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the transformation process of gastritis-cancer.
