中医药促进艾滋病免疫重建的机制研究进展

摘要
免疫重建不良是艾滋病治疗过程中面临的重难点,如何实现免疫重建也是目前国内外研究的热点.诸多研究表明,中医药的参与可以有效地促进免疫重建,但其作用机制尚不明确.文章从骨髓造血、胸腺功能、CD4+T细胞亚群、相关细胞因子、肠道微生态、细胞焦亡与凋亡以及信号通路等方面对中医药促进艾滋病免疫重建的潜在机制进行阐述,归纳了研究中存在的问题、难点以及局限性,并提出了研究思路,以期为临床和科研提供参考.
Abstract
Immunological non-responders is a difficult point in the treatment of AIDS.How to achieve immune reconstitution is also a hot topic at home and abroad.Many studies have shown that the participation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can effectively promote immune reconstitution,but its mechanism of action is still unclear.This article expounds the potential mechanism of TCM in promoting immune reconstruction of AIDS from aspects of bone marrow hematopoiesis,thymus function,CD4+T cell subsets,related cytokines,intestinal microecology,cell scorch and apoptosis,and signal pathways,and so on.The problems,difficulties and limitations in the research are summarized,and the research ideas are put forward in order to provide reference for clinical and scientific research.
