《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版非药用部位花类的功能及应用分析

摘要
为探讨非药用部位花类的药用价值,扩大中药材资源的开发利用.文章分析《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版58种非药用部位花类的性味归经、用法用量、药理作用、现代应用等,发现四气以温、平性为主,五味以苦、甘为主,主入肝、肺经.用法以煎汤、研末为主,用量以3～6g为主,功效常用于清热解毒、止咳止血、消肿止痛.临床多用于治疗咳嗽、痢疾、湿疹、麻疹及妇科疾病.通过研究非药用部位花类的现代应用特点,避免不必要的中药资源浪费,为中药合理利用及临床合理用药提供参考.
Abstract
To explore the medicinal value of non-medicinal parts of flowers,and to expand the development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources.The paper analyzed the properties of 58 non-medicinal parts of flowers in the Pharmacopoeia of the People s Republic of China 2020 edition,including their taste,usage,pharmacological effects,and modern applications,in which the four qi are mainly warm and calm,and the five flavors are mainly bitter and sweet,and they are mainly used in the liver and lung meridians.It is mainly used in decoction and powder,with dosage of 3～6 g.Its effects are often used in clearing away heat and removing toxins,relieving cough and hemorrhage,and relieving swelling and pain.It is used to treat cough,dysentery,eczema,measles and gynecological diseases.By studying the characteristics of modern application of non-medicinal parts of flowers,we can avoid unnecessary waste of traditional Chinese medicine resources and provide reference for the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical rational use of medicine.
