中医综合望诊在高血压病诊断中的临床应用价值分析

摘要
目的:研究中医综合望诊在高血压病临床诊断中的应用价值.方法:比较中医综合望诊与单一望诊在高血压组与非高血压组的差异以及对高血压病的诊断效能.结果:经血压测量诊断为高血压病的254例中,中医综合望诊阳性者与面部、颈部、手部、寸上脉区域等单一望诊阳性者,跟非高血压组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).中医综合望诊ROC曲线参数(AUC值0.744,约登指数0.488)高于面部(0.661,0.321)、颈部(0.700,0.400)、手部(0.734,0.469)、寸上脉区域(0.640,0.280)等单一望诊,中医综合望诊的诊断效果优于单一望诊.结论:中医综合望诊诊断高血压病的效果较好,具有较大的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To study the application value of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive observation in the clinical diagnosis of hypertension.Methods:The differences between traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive observation and single observation in the hypertension group and non-hypertension group,as well as their diagnostic efficacy for hypertension were compared.Results:Among the 254 cases diagnosed with hypertension through blood pressure measurement,there was a statistically significant difference between those who were diagnosed with hypertension through comprehensive observation of traditional Chinese medicine and those who were diagnosed with single positive observation in the face,neck,hands,and upper pulse areas compared to the non-hypertensive group(P＜0.01).The ROC curve parameters(AUC value 0.744,Yoden index 0.488)of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive observation were higher than those of single observation,such as facial(0.661,0.321),neck(0.700,0.400),hands(0.734,0.469),and upper pulse areas(0.640,0.280).The diagnostic effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive observation was better than that of single observation.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive observation has a good effect on hypertension and has significant clinical application value.
