基于北京医疗大数据的五运六气大周期对体质与发病影响的探讨

摘要
目的:探讨五运六气大周期对体质与疾病发生的影响.方法:选取1924年1月21日至2014年1月19日之间出生、2013年1月20日至2019年1月20日期间于急诊就诊的北京市全部医保患者作为病例组,2018年北京市常住人口作为对照组,按全胎孕期运气禀赋分类人群,按大运大司天禀赋分组,计算各组各人群于各年的节气平均急诊率,并以可视化形式表达.结果:对比急诊影响力,运气＞性别,流年运气＞禀赋运气,大运大司天＞岁运气;流年岁运气与流年大运大司天之气相得与否是决定急诊率高低的关键之一;各组均呈现以15年为单位的分层现象.结论:更大周期的五运六气较更小周期运气的影响力更显著、长远、持久;五运六气周期间存在相互关系;大运气中存在15年周期律.
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the influence of big cycle of five movements and six qi on constitution and disease occurrence.Methods:The study involved all patients with medical insurance in Beijing who born between January 21,1924 and January 19,2014 and visited emergency department from January 20,2013 to January 20,2019 as case group.Meanwhile,Beijing resident population of 2018 was involved as control group.According to endowment of five movements and six qi during pregnancy classified population and endowment of da-yun da-si-tian divided into groups,the solar term average emergency rate of each group in each year was calculated and expressed in a visual form.Results:Comparing influence on emergency treatment,five movements and six qi＞sex,current five movements and six qi＞five movements and six qi in endowment;da-yun da-si-tian＞five movements and six qi in each year;whether current five movements and six qi in each year and current da-yun da-si-tian were in harmony was one of the keys to determine the emergency rate;each group showed a stratification phenomenon of 15 years.Conclusion:The influence of five movements and six qi is more lasting and significant in big cycle.There is interrelation between five movements and six qi cycles.There is a 15-year cycle in da-yun da-si-tian.
