DOU Cai,a doctor of Yanzhao in Song dynasty,saw deeply in the application of'taking Dan as the row and medicine as the guide'.This article sorts out the relevant provisions of Golden Liquid Dan in Bian Que Xin Shu,and sums up three characteristics.That is,①'one medicine more than',with Golden Liquid Dan supplemented by different drugs of its syndrome treatment of diseases,including internal,external,women,children each 33 kinds.②'One syndrome(disease)with multiple induction',based on different pain sites,using Golden Liquid Dan with different priming drugs to treat pain(syndrome)is effective.③'One multipurpose',with Golden Liquid Dan supplement the same priming drug,treatment of different diseases,but also fully reflects the DOU Cai material on the drug's multiple efficacy attributes.Although whether the application of Golden Liquid Dan is merely a virtual one is worth further discussion,the author takes Bian Que Xin Shu Golden Liquid Dan as the starting point,focusing on broadening the application of clinical drug introduction,and providing new thinking for disease treatment.
