《赤凤髓》血证导引法探析

《赤凤髓》血证导引法源自书中第二卷,该卷共有四十六式功法,其中治疗血证共四式导引法.文章分析和阐释了四式血证导引法的操作方法、功效功理,发现导引法治疗血证的实质是通过以形引气、以音引气、以意引气三者共同作用促进气的运行,气行则血行,从而达到治疗血证的功效.文章还总结分析了《赤凤髓》血证导引法的特点:一是实践为基,图形并茂;二是形气神合,因证施功;三是气血兼治,通补并施.认为挖掘与继承传统导引法对指导临床实践治疗血证有切实意义.
Abstract
Chifengsui has 4 types of Daoyin to introduce blood disorder treatment in its second volume which has 46 types in total.This paper analyzed and explained the movement mechanism and efficacy of 4 types of Daoyin,and found that the essence of Daoyin exercise in the treating blood disorder is to promote qi through the interaction of controlling qi through body,sound and mind.Thus the effect of treating blood disorders is achieved as blood cycles smoothly if qi flows regularly.Besides,this paper also summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of Daoyin exercise in treating blood disorder.Firstly,it is practice-based and graphically demonstrated;Secondly,it is the unity of body,qi and mind,which uses Daoyin exercise properly to treat different diseases based on specific syndromes;Third,it combines treatment of qi and blood by supplement and tonic of qi.This paper has practical significance in exploring and inheriting the traditional Daoyin exercise to guide clinical practice in treating blood disorder.
