Fatigue in long voyage is a manifestation of central fatigue.It is caused by special environments,excessive and monotonous work,highly tense psychology,etc.during long-term voyages.It is a fatigue state mainly characterized by mental lethargy,inability to concentrate,slow reaction,memory decline,and accompanied by negative emotions.The ecological medical model is an emerging discipline that studies the impact of ecological environment changes on human health and diseases.Its ideological core is closely related to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).At present,it is mostly believed that the occurrence of fatigue in long voyage is related to natural environmental factors,social environmental factors,and biogenic factors.However,the understanding of its etiology and pathogenesis is still insufficient,and there is a lack of systematic research.Based on the ecological medical model,this article discusses the pathogenic factors and TCM syndrome characteristics of fatigue in long voyage from three dimensions:natural environmental factors,social psychological factors,and lifestyle factors,in order to provide a reference for the research of long-voyage fatigue.
