摘要
目的:评价中药复方制剂外用治疗乳腺增生症伴乳房疼痛的疗效及安全性.方法:将2021年1月8日至2022年1月4日就诊于广东省中医院的乳腺增生症伴乳房疼痛的女性患者随机分为治疗组(33例)及对照组(35例),通过简式麦吉尔疼痛问卷表(SF-MPQ)中的疼痛评级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现在疼痛状况(PPI)在基线、治疗结束时(1个月)及治疗2个月时(停药1个月后)来评价疗效.结果:干预前,两组患者的SF-MPQ评分(包括PRI评分、VAS评分及PPI评分)差异均无统计学意义,治疗后两组SF-MPQ评分(包括PRI评分、VAS评分、PPI评分)较治疗前显著降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组各评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中药复方制剂外用可以有效治疗乳腺增生症伴有乳房疼痛的症状,值得深入研究作用机制并予以临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine compound preparation for external treatment of breast hyperplasia accompanied by breast pain.Methods:Patients diagnosed with breast hyperplasia accompanied by pain who visited Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 8,2021 to January 4,2022 were randomly divided into a treatment group(33 cases)and a control group(35 cases).The pain rating index(PRI),visual analogue scale(VAS),and present pain intensity(PPI)in the short-form McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)were used to evaluate the efficacy at baseline,at the end of treatment(1 month),and at 2 months of treatment(1 month after drug withdrawal).Results:The SF-MPQ scores,including PRI score,VAS,and PPI score,showed no statistical difference between the two groups before the treatment.After the treatment,the SF-MPQ scores,including the PRI score,VAS score,PPI score,significantly decreased after tteatment(P＜0.05),and the SF-MPQ scores in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The external use of the Chinese medicine compound preparation can effectively treat the breast pain symptoms in breast hyperplasia,which is worth further mechanism research and clinical promotion.
