Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Daochi Powder and Qingying Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 178 psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood heat syndrome in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with oral medicine Daochi Powder and Qingying Decoction and Calcipotriol ointment for external use.The control group was treated with oral medicine Xiaoyin Granule and Calcipotriol Ointment for external use.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Efficacy indexes,quality of life indexes,disease indexes and adverse effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group[84.62%(66/78)]was better than that in the control group[67.12%(49/73)](P<0.01).The scores of psoriasis area and severity index(PASI),body surface area(BSA),visual analogue scale(VAS)and dermatology quality of life index(DLQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),the scores of PASI,BSA and DLQI in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),the PASI,BSA,VAS and DLQI of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:Daochi Powder and Qingying Decoction has significant effect on blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris,and the adverse reaction rate is low,it is worth promoting the application of effective prescription in clinic.
