目的:建立不同品种蒲公英药材高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)特征图谱分析方法.方法:采用HPCE,以20mmol·L-1硼砂为缓冲溶液(pH 9.18),分离电压为15 kV,检测波长为244 nm,分析时间为30 min,柱温为25℃.结果:建立了不同品种蒲公英药材HPCE特征图谱,标定13个共有峰,不同品种蒲公英药材差异性较小.结论:方法操作简便、准确可靠,重复性好,可作为蒲公英药材鉴别和质量控制方法.
Study on the fingerprint of different kinds of dandelion by HPCE
OBJECTIVE To research and construct the HPCE characteristic fingerprint of dandelion;to provide a new method for quality of dandelion. METHODS The separation on capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was used to determine the fingerprints. The buffer was 20 mmol· L-1 borate solution(pH = 9. 18);the applied voltage was 15 kV and the detection wavelength was 244 nm. The caffeic acid was used as a reference standard. The results were analyzed by Hierarchical Cluster and different Similarity Evaluation Systems. RESULTS Fingerprint was established with 13 common peaks of 10 samples with similarity of 0. 926-0. 983. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, good reproducibility, and suitable to the quality control of dandelion.
