Development of cutting-edge drugs against immune responses in psoriasis
Psoriasis(PsO)is an autoimmune skin disease with a global prevalence of 2％-3％.Numerous studies have con-firmed that the activation of innate immune cells and pathogenic T cells is the key link leading to skin inflammation and keratino-cyte proliferation.Therefore,regulating the homeostasis of the immune system in patients with psoriasis may become the focus of drug development for psoriasis.In recent years,related biological agents and small molecule drugs targeting"IL-23-Th17"have shown better therapeutic effects than traditional drugs for the treatment of psoriasis.This review described the dynamic changes of cells involved in the immune response during the occurrence and development of psoriasis and summarized the latest advances in psoriasis therapeutic's so as to provide new idea for the clinical treatment and drug deiecopment of psoriasis.
