蜜炙对黄芪成分、药效及应用的影响研究进展

蜜炙黄芪是黄芪经炼蜜闷润炒制而成,是唯一被纳入《中国药典》(2020年版)的黄芪炮制品,被广泛应用于临床。近年来对黄芪和蜜炙黄芪的研究较多,包括小分子成分的鉴定、蜜炙工艺的优化、蜜炙前后成分的变化及药效对比等方面。该文总结了黄芪蜜炙的历史沿革,蜜炙工艺的优化和蜜炙对黄芪成分、药效及临床应用的影响,并指出黄芪蜜炙研究的不足,旨在为蜜炙黄芪的后续研究方向提供依据,为临床两味药的选择应用提供参考。
Research progress in the influence of honey-processing on the chemical composition,pharmacological action and application of Astragali Radix
Honey-processed Astragali Radix(HAR)is a commonly used clinical decoction piece which could be obtained by stir-frying the honey soaked Astragali Radix(AR).HAR is the only processed AR included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).In recent years,the research on AR and HAR mainly included the identification of small molecular components,optimi-zation of honey processing and comparison of pharmacological effects.This article summarized the historical evolution of honey processing,the process optimization,the influence of honey processing on the components,efficacy and clinical application of Astragalus membranaceus,and pointed out the shortcomings of research on the honey processing of AR,so as to provide basis for the subsequent research direction,and provide reference for the selection and application of the two drugs in clinical practice.
