Establishment of HPLC fingerprint and determination of seven components in Pangshi Antai Zhixue Stan-dard Decoction
OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Pangshi Antai Zhixue Standard Decoction and to determine the content of seven components,so as to provide reference for the quality control of Pangshi Antai Zhixue Decoction.METHODS All samples were analyzed by YMC Triart C18 chromatographic column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)at 30℃,and eluted with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1 mL·min1,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.The similarity evaluation software of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2012 edition)was used to evaluate the similarity of 10 batches of Pangshi Antai Zhixue Standard Decoction and determine their contents.RESULTS HPLC finger-print of Pangshi Antai Zhixue Standard Decoction was established.The similarity was greater than 0.97.Twenty-three common peaks were identified and thirteen of them were quantitative analyzed.The mass fractions of chlorogenic acid,isoferulic acid,glyc-yrrhizin,cichoric acid,rosmarinic acid,baicalin,luteolin,in 10 batches of samples were 1.56-3.51 mg·g-1,20.67-33.10 mg· g1,3.43-5.28 mg·g-1,3.42-5.08 mg·g-1,0.53-0.62 mg·g-1,3.51-6.24 mg·g1,0.09-0.14 mg·g-1,the method-ological investigation results are good.CONCLUSION The established HPLC fingerprint of Pangshi Antai Zhixue Decoction combined with multi-component content determination and analysis method is simple,stable,reliable and reproducible,which can be used as the basis for the follow-up quality control research of Pangshi Antai Zhixue Decoction.
