Construction of curriculum system for pharmaceutical interns based on the core competence of hospital pharmacists
OBJECTIVE To construct a curriculum system for pharmaceutical interns based on the core competence of hospi-tal pharmacists,providing reference for standardizing future internship teaching work.METHODS Combine literature research and qualitative research,developing an indicator pool of curriculum system for interns and then use Delphi method to verify.The weight of indicators was identified with using the precedence chart.RESULTS The final curriculum system consist of three parts,including 9 training themes and targets,21 training contents,and 9 training and assessment methods.A total of 21 experts participated in the inquiry.The response rate of both rounds of questionnaires was 100%.The authority coefficients for two rounds were 0.80 and 0.78 respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficient of each indicator was 0.368~0.639.The P-value of chi-square test were all less than 0.05,which were statistically significant,and the coordination level of expert consultation was good.CONCLUSION The curriculum system for interns based on the core competence of hospital pharmacists in this study has comprehensive content,scientific methods,and reliable results,which can ensure the quality of training for pharmaceutical interns.
