摘要
目的:探讨低蛋白血症对患者伏立康唑血药谷浓度的影响,促进伏立康唑合理使用.方法:回顾性选取2017年7月至2023年2月在联勤保障部队第九○○医院检测伏立康唑血药浓度的患者322例次,其中低蛋白血症组175例次,非低蛋白血症组147例次.运用倾向性评分匹配(propensity score matching,PSM)对低蛋白血症组和非低蛋白血症组进行1∶1匹配,以期能够获得组间协变量均衡的样本.比较低蛋白血症和非低蛋白血症组对患者伏立康唑血药浓度影响的差异.结果:经PSM后,低蛋白血症组和非低蛋白血症组均纳入69例次患者,2组患者伏立康唑谷浓度差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:低蛋白血症对患者伏立康唑血药谷浓度无明显影响.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of hypoproteinemia on the blood trough concentration of voriconazole in patients.METHODS A total of 322 patients with voriconazole blood concentration detected by the 900th Hospital of Joint Logis-tic Support Force from July 2017 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected.There were 175 cases in the hypoproteinemia group and 147 cases in the non-hypoproteinemia group.Propensity score matching was used to perform a 1:1 match for the hypo-proteinemia group and the non-hypoproteinemia group in order to obtain covariation-balanced samples between the groups.The effects of hypoproteinemia and non-hypoproteinemia groups on voriconazole concentration were compared.RESULTS After pro-pensity score matching,the hypoproteinemia group and the non-hypoproteinemia group both involved 69 patients,and there was no statistical difference in voriconazole trough concentration between the two groups(P＞0.05).CONCLUSION Hypoprotein-emia had no significant effect on voriconazole trough concentration in patients.
