Clinical comprehensive evaluation method for blood lipid-lowering drugs
OBJECTIVE To construct the clinical comprehensive evaluation index system and quantitative grading of blood lipid-lowering drugs,and provide reference for scientifically carrying out clinical comprehensive evaluation of blood lipid-lowering drugs.METHODS The analytic hierarchy process model was used to establish the clinical comprehensive evaluation index sys-tem of lipid-lowering drugs,and the weight of the evaluation index and the quantitative classification of each index were deter-mined.RESULTS Through the integration of evidence,the clinical comprehensive evaluation index system and quantitative grading of blood lipid-lowering drugs were obtained,including six aspects of effectiveness,safety,economy,suitability,accessi-bility and innovation.There were 38 second-level indicators in total under each first-level indicator,and the weight of each first-level and second-level indicator was obtained through matrix calculation,and ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin compared with rosuvastatin alone was used as an example for clinical comprehensive evaluation.CONCLUSION The clinical comprehensive evaluation system of blood lipid-lowering drugs was constructed by analytic hierarchy process,and taking ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin compared with rosuvastatin alone as an example for clinical comprehensive evaluation,the more recommended evalua-tion results of ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin were obtained,which can provide reference for clinical comprehensive evalua-tion of blood lipid-lowering drugs.
