1例白血病并发肠梗阻患儿围术期的营养治疗与药学监护

摘要
临床药师全程参与1例白血病并发肠梗阻幼儿围术期的营养治疗,协同临床医师共同制定个体化营养治疗方案.根据患儿术后并发短肠综合征的病情特点和营养指标变化进行营养药物处方的调整与优化,同时监护肝功能及肠外营养药物不良反应.患儿通过合理的营养治疗,病情趋于稳定,肝损伤情况有所恢复.临床药师在患儿围术期营养治疗过程中有效提高了临床治疗效果,为临床合理用药提供了重要保障.
Abstract
Participating in perioperative nutritional support of a girl with acute myeloid leukemia complicated by adhesive intes-tinal obstruction,clinical pharmacists cooperated with clinicians to develop a personalized nutritional protocol.The prescription of nutritional drugs was optimized according to the characteristics of postoperative short bowel syndrome,changes in nutritional parameters,liver function profiles and adverse reactions to parenteral nutritional drugs.Her conditions stabilized and liver injuries recovered through reasonable nutritional supports.Clinical pharmacists could effectively improve the clinical treatment effect dur-ing perioperative nutritionen and provide practical rationales for rational use of clinical drugs.
