Onycholysis due to doxorubicin,bleomycin,vin-blastine and dacarbazine:one case report
ABVD regimen has been approved as the stan-dard first-line treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma,which has prominent advantages in efficacy and safety.Hematological toxicity,gastrointestinal reactions,and peripheral neuropathy represent the most frequent adverse events associated with ABVD.Onycholysis characterized by the separation of nail bed and nail plate,has been observed with ABVD in several patients.In this study,we present the diagnosis and treat-ment of a patient with onycholysis caused by ABVD regimen in Hodgkin lymphoma.The mechanism of onycholysis and the prevention and treatment measures were explained in order to provide reference for clinical medication.
