哌拉西林他唑巴坦联用莫西沙星致药物超敏反应综合征1例

摘要
药物超敏反应综合征是一种易被误诊误治且有致命风险的不良反应.该文报告了 1例联合应用哌拉西林他唑巴坦、莫西沙星10d后相继出现发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、肝功能异常等症状的患者.在停用所有治疗药物,予全身性糖皮质激素治疗后,患者好转.该例病例表明,患者用药后出现皮疹及全身不适症状,应考虑药物超敏反应综合征可能性并采取必要治疗措施.
Abstract
Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome(DIHS)is an under-recognized and potentially life-threatening hypersensitivity reaction.One patient successively presented with fever,rash,lymphadenopathy and elevated liver enzymes after a 10-day regimen of piperacillin tazobac-tam and moxifloxacin.Improvements occurred after a discon-tinuation of all previous medications and systemic corticoste-roid therapy.For patients presenting with skin rash and sys-temic abnormalities after medications,physicians should con-sider a possible diagnosis of DIHS and adopt aggressive measures.
