摘要
目的:建立虚拟库模式下妇科药品信息化管理体系.方法:采用数据挖掘技术,建立妇科虚拟库药品时间序列预测模型,开发虚拟库药品信息化管理系统,借助信息化手段,远程监管、定期稽查,评估管理体系建立的效果.结果:根据预测模型制定妇科虚拟库药品采购计划,提高虚拟库药品库存周转率(P＜0.05),借助管理系统对虚拟库药品实时监控可追溯,患者诊疗时间总计减少约35 min.结论:虚拟库模式下妇科药品信息化管理体系的建立应用了数据挖掘技术,实现了该类药品的闭环管理,提高了医院工作效率,提升了患者就医体验,值得在全国医院推广.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an information management system for gynecological drugs based upon a virtual library mode.METHODS By data mining technology,time serial prediction model of gynecological drugs in a virtual library was established and drug information management system developed.The effectiveness of management system was assessed by remote supervisions and regular inspections.RESULTS The gynecology drug procurement plan in a virtual library was formu-lated by the predictive model for improving drug inventory turnover rate(P＜0.05).Drugs were monitored and traceable in real-time.In total,around 35 minutes of patient consultation time were saved.CONCLUSION The establishment of gynecological drugs management system under a virtual library model has effectively implemented closed loop management,improved the oper-ating efficiency of hospital,minimized the waste of medical resources and boosted patient experiences.It is suitable for wider pro-motion to domestic hospitals.
