摘要
动物源中药材是祖国医药学遗产中的重要组成部分,具有活性成分强、疗效确切等特点.近年来动物源中药材的需求量不断上升,但药用动物的养殖规模远没有达到市场需要,动物源中药材大部分为贵重紧缺药材,市场上混伪品、替代品的不断出现给动物源中药材的准确鉴定带来极大困难,严重影响了动物源中药材的应用效果和用药安全.该文综述了从南朝宋到清末动物源中药材鉴定的历史和现代动物源中药材鉴定技术发展成果,以为动物源中药材鉴定从业者提供相关技术方法与总体思路.
Abstract
Chinese medicinal materials of animal origins are an important part of Chinese medicinal heritage with strong active ingredients and definite curative effects.In recent years,the demands for traditional Chinese medicine of animal origins have been rising.However,breeding scale of medicinal animals is far from fulfilling market needs.The continuous emergence of adulterants and substitutes in domestic market has seriously affected the application outcomes and drug safety of traditional Chinese medicine of animal origins.In addition,most traditional Chinese medicines of animal origins are divided into precious and scarce medicinal materials.An accurate identification is frequently impossible.This review summarized a long history of identifying Chinese medici-nal materials of animal origins from the Southern Song Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty.It described the development achieve-ments of modern identification technology of Chinese medicinal materials of animal origins so as to provide technical rationales and practical references for clinical practitioners.
