摘要
随着眼用抗血管内皮生长因子药物应用的增加,其全身不良反应已成为不可忽视的临床问题.该文报道1例康柏西普眼用注射液致血压波动和尿蛋白增加病例,提示康柏西普眼用注射液存在全身暴露风险.临床应规范使用眼用抗血管内皮生长因子药物并监测可能的不良反应.
Abstract
With a greater popularization of ocular anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs,systemic adverse reactions have attracted growing attention.Summarizing a case of blood pressure fluctuations and increased urinary pro-tein caused by Conbercept ophthalmic injection,this report hinted at a systemic exposure risk of Conbercept ophthalmic injection.Clinicians should standardize the applications of ocu-lar anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs and monitor their possible adverse reactions.
