摘要
1例右肺癌患者经纳武利尤单抗治疗后8个月暴发罕见的免疫性心肌炎、免疫性脑炎、免疫性肺炎、免疫性垂体功能减退、免疫性血小板减少、免疫性肝炎的多系统免疫不良反应.分析其病例特征,并与其他免疫检查点抑制剂引起的多系统免疫相关不良事件异同点进行讨论.
Abstract
After an 8-month therapy of nivolumab,one patient of right lung carcinoma had a rare outbreak of multi-system immune adverse reactions such as immune myocardi-tis,immune encephalitis,immune pneumonia,immune hypo-pituitarism,immune thrombocytopenia and immune hepatitis.The clinical characteristics of this case were analyzed along with the similarities and differences with other multi-system immune-related adverse events due to immune checkpoint inhibitors.
