静脉用药调配中心人员不同手卫生和干手方式的卫生学和经济学效果评价

目的:比较静脉用药调配中心调配人员洗手后通过自然风干、高速烘手器及医用擦手纸等干手措施和使用免洗手消毒液的卫生学和经济学效果,选择适宜的手卫生和干手方式.方法:采用随机分组的方法,选择2021年8-12月份进入调配间人员的手样本为研究对象,在1次更衣室完成手卫生采样并记录干手时间;折算洗手和干手成本,评价不同手卫生和干手方式的卫生学和经济学效果.结果:洗手后自然风干和使用免洗手消毒液的手卫生合格率均为100%,差异无统计学意义.洗手后经自然风干、高速烘手器和医用擦手纸干手后手卫生合格率分别为100%、90.83%、93.33%,每人每月成本为6.10、6.15、21.22元,用时(196±46)s、(51±11)s、(26±11)s;使用免洗手消毒液成本为14.52元,用时(18±9)s.洗手后经自然风干、高速烘手器及医用擦手纸干手和使用免洗手消毒液比较卫生学效果和时间成本,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PIVAS调配前最佳的手卫生方式是涂抹免洗手消毒液;采用流动水洗手时,一次更衣室宜选用高速烘手器干手.
Evaluation of hygienic and economic effects of different hand hygiene and hand drying modes in pharmacy intravenous admixture service
OBJECTIVE To compare the hygienic and economic effects of hand drying measures,such as natural air drying,high-speed hand dryer,medical tissue cleaner and use of hand sanitizer in pharmacy intravenous admixture service after hand wash-ing and select appropriate hand hygiene and hand drying modes.METHODS The method of random grouping was adopted.The hand samples of personnel entering a mixing room from August to December 2021 were selected as research subjects.Hand hygiene sampling was completed in a locker room and dry hand time recorded.The costs of hand washing and hand drying were calculated for evaluating the hygienic and economic effects of different hand cleaning and hand drying modes.RESULTS The qualified rates of hand hygiene for both natural air drying after hand washing and using hand sanitizer without hand washing were 100%.There was no statistically significant difference.After hand washing,the qualified rates of hand hygiene were 100%,90.83%and 93.33%respectively.The monthly cost per person was 6.10,6.15 and 21.22 yuan and time required(196±46),(51±11)and(26±11)s respectively.The cost of using hand sanitizer was 14.52 yuan and it took(18±9)s.After hand wash-ing,comparing the hygiene effects and time costs of hand drying with natural air drying,high-speed hand dryer,medical wiping paper and using hand sanitizer,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The optimal way of hand hygiene prior to PIVAS preparation is using hands-free disinfectant.While using running water for washing hands,a high-speed hand dryer should be applied for drying hands in a dressing room.
