摘要
慢性心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的终末期表现,其患病率一直居高不下,预后较差.近年来,随着新型药物及其循证医学证据的不断涌现,心力衰竭药物治疗理念也在不断更新.该文综述了心力衰竭分型以及相关治疗药物、治疗理念的进展和突破,以期为临床治疗慢性心力衰竭提供参考依据.
Abstract
Chronic heart failure(CHF)is an end-stage manifestation of various heart diseases with a high prevalence and a poor prognosis.In recent years,with a rapid emergence of new drugs and evidence-based medical evidence,the therapeutic con-cepts of heart failure drug are constantly updated.This review focused upon CHF classification,novel drugs and evolving concep-tions of heart failure to provide references for a proper management of CHF.
