摘要
牙周炎是一种由微生物引发的炎症疾病,会影响牙齿周围的组织并最终破坏牙槽骨,导致牙齿脱落.牙周治疗,包括全身和局部治疗,选择正确的抗菌药物和适当的给药途径是治疗牙周炎的关键因素.利用口腔局部递送药物,其安全性高,疗效显著,是有潜力的药物递送策略之一.故该文就牙周炎疾病的特点、牙周炎的发病机制、口腔黏膜给药系统等方面进行综述.
Abstract
As an inflammatory disease caused by microorganisms,periodontitis affects the surrounding tissues of teeth and ulti-mately leads to a destruction of alveolar bone and tooth loss.Systemic and local periodontal treatments,selecting appropriate anti-bacterial drugs and a proper dosing route are crucial factors for treating periodontitis.Local oral drug delivery offers high safety and significant efficacy and it is a promising drug delivery strategy.This review summarized the characteristics of periodontitis,its pathogenesis and oral mucosal drug delivery systems.
