摘要
目的:统计并分析《中华本草》中矿物药相关信息及应用特点,为完善矿物药基础信息、推动矿物药发展提供一定助力.方法:将《中华本草》中矿物药的化学成分、性味、归经、炮制方法、用法用量、入药特点、功能主治、毒性、注意事项等进行统计分析.结果:共统计出114种矿物药,主要成分为钙、铁元素的矿物药种类最多,矿物药多辛、甘、咸,性寒、温、平,主入肝、心、肺及肾经;炮制方法以修制、煅淬多见;多数矿物药既能内服又可外用,内服剂量以1.5～3g和10～15 g常用,外用多适量;功效以解毒、杀虫、清热、明目、祛腐、止血、敛疮多见.结论:《中华本草》中矿物药疗效明确,临床应用涉及内科、外科及耳鼻喉科;用法以外用为主;然而目前存在矿物药的应用较少、用量不明确等问题,应制订规范的质量评价体系及药材标准,加强矿物药的临床应用.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To conduct statistical analysis of information and application characteristics of mineral medicines in Chinese Materia Medica,improve the basic information of mineral medicines and promote the development of mineral medicines.METHODS Chemical composition,flavor,meridian,method of preparation,dosage,entry characteristics,function,toxicity and precautions of mineral medicines were analyzed.RESULTS A total of 114 types of mineral medicines were reviewed.A large majority of mineral medicines are composed of calcium and iron elements.Mineral medicines are pungent,sweet and salty in flavor and cold,warm and flat in nature.They mostly enter liver,heart,lung and kidney meridians.Most of them are prepared by repairing,calcining and quenching.Most preparations may be dosed internally and externally.The dosages of 1.5-3 g and 10-15 g are commonly prescribed in moderation.Essential functions include detoxification,exterminating insects,clearing heat,improving eyesight,removing decay,arresting hemorrhage and astringing sores.CONCLUSION Mineral medicines in Chinese Materia Medica have definite therapeutic efficacies for external applications.Clinical applications of mineral medicines cover inter-nal medicine,surgery and otolaryngology.However,there are inherent problems of infrequent dosing and unclear indications.A standardized quality evaluation system with matching standards should be formulated.Clinical applications of mineral medicines should be expanded.
