蜂毒肽在类风湿性关节炎领域的研究进展

摘要
类风湿性关节炎作为一种高发病率的自身免疫性疾病严重危害着人类健康.目前临床上主要通过控制炎症达到治疗目的,由于常用的治疗药物多存在严重不良反应,需要在治疗期间密切监测,因此开发治疗效果好且不良反应少的抗类风湿性关节炎药物成为一个亟待解决的医学问题.蜂毒肽是蜜蜂毒素的主要活性成分,具有广泛的药理作用,该文从抗炎、免疫调节、镇痛、降低心血管疾病风险和肾脏保护等方面就蜂毒肽在类风湿性关节炎领域的研究进行综述,以期为蜂毒肽用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床开发提供参考.
Abstract
As one of common autoimmune diseases,rheumatoid arthritis(RA)seriously endangers human health.Currently its clinical treatment is mainly achieved by controlling inflammation.Due to a high frequency of serious adverse reactions of com-monly used therapeutic drugs,close monitoring is required during treatment.Thus it is imperative to develop efficacious anti-RA agents with minimal side effects.As one active component of bee toxin,melittin has a wide range of pharmacological effects.This review summarized the latest researches of melittin from the aspects of anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,analgesia,lower-ing the risk of cardiovascular disease and renal protection to provide references for a proper development of RA.
