摘要
低氧诱导因子-脯氨酸羟化酶抑制剂治疗肾性贫血效果显著,随着该药物广泛应用,其引起静脉血栓的风险已成为不可忽视的临床问题.该文报道了苏州大学附属第二医院收治的3例腹膜透析患者使用罗沙司他治疗肾性贫血时出现静脉血栓的临床真实世界病例.临床医生在使用该药物过程中需密切监测血红蛋白水平,及时调整该药物剂量.
Abstract
Hypoxia-inducible factor-prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor(HIF-PHI)has demonstrated a marked efficacy for renal anemia.As this medication becomes more widely uti-lized,the associated risk of venous thrombosis has emerged.This report discussed three authentic clinical cases of venous thrombosis during a treatment of roxadustat.It is imperative for clinicians to monitor hemoglobin levels and adjust drug doses in a timely manner.
