Venous thrombosis induced by roxadustat during a treatment of renal anemia:a report of three cases
Hypoxia-inducible factor-prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor(HIF-PHI)has demonstrated a marked efficacy for renal anemia.As this medication becomes more widely uti-lized,the associated risk of venous thrombosis has emerged.This report discussed three authentic clinical cases of venous thrombosis during a treatment of roxadustat.It is imperative for clinicians to monitor hemoglobin levels and adjust drug doses in a timely manner.
