摘要
胶质母细胞瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性恶性肿瘤,其治疗困难,总体预后不佳,中位生存期短.近年来,左乙拉西坦作为一种新型抗癫痫药物,不仅能控制癫痫,还显示出在胶质母细胞瘤治疗中的其他药理作用,如延长生存期、改善认知等.因此,左乙拉西坦已成为胶质母细胞瘤治疗领域的研究热点.该文主要综述了近年来左乙拉西坦在胶质母细胞瘤治疗中不同药理作用的研究进展,以期为胶质母细胞瘤患者的临床治疗及新药研发提供新的参考依据.
Abstract
As the most common primary malignant tumor in central nervous system(CNS),glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)presents great therapeutic challenges with a poor overall prognosis and a short median survival.In recent years,levetiracetam,as a novel antiepileptic agent,not only controls epilepsy,but also displays other pharmacological properties for glioblastoma,such as prolonging survival and improving cognition.Therefore levetiracetam has become a research hotspot of treating GBM.This review summarized the latest researches of diverse pharmacological effects of levetiracetam to provide references for managing GBM patients and developing novel drugs.
