摘要
吉西他滨是转移性鼻咽癌患者一线化疗方案中的化疗药物之一,可以为患者带来良好的治疗效果,且安全性可控.该文描述1例鼻咽癌伴肝转移患者在接受吉西他滨化疗后,出现血小板升高的诊治过程,并讨论出现血小板升高与使用吉西他滨药物的关联性及其可能的机制,为临床工作者对于相似病例的诊治提供参考.
Abstract
As one of the chemotherapy agents in a first-line chemotherapy regimen for patients with metastatic naso-pharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),gemcitabine bring excellent therapeutic efficacy and controllable safety.This report described the diagnosis and treatment of thrombocytosis in a patient with NPC with liver metastases after chemotherapy of gemcitabine and discussed the association between thrombocy-tosis and the use of gemcitabine and its possible mechanism.It provided practical references for clinicians to diagnose and treat similar cases.
