基于文献报道的草药、膳食补充剂、保健品、食物与抗癫痫药物相互作用研究

目的:提供系统的关于抗癫痫药物与草药、膳食补充剂、保健品与食物间的相互作用信息,为医生、药师进一步管理用药风险提供参考。方法:检索PubMed、中国知网、万方、维普,纳入符合要求的文献。以被纳入草药、膳食补充剂、保健品、食物的通用名在NMPA药品数据库、SAMR特殊食品信息查询平台、《中国药典》、地方中药饮片炮制规范、京东网、淘宝网进行检索确认其在我国的商品存在形式。结果:48篇文献被纳入该研究,共得到44条草药、膳食补充剂、保健品、食物与抗癫痫药物相互作用信息,其中14条来自案例/临床报道,30条来自体内/体外实验。结论:草药、膳食补充剂、保健品、食物与抗癫痫药物相互作用的研究尚不充分,虽然该研究为医务人员提供了有关此类相互作用信息的系统总结,但还需要进一步建立数据库并开发有效工具才能帮助临床做好用药风险的管理。
Drug-interaction between antiepileptic drugs and herb remedies,dietary supplements,healthy products and food:based upon literature reports
OBJECTIVE To provide a systematic presentation about drug-interaction between antiepileptic drug and herb remedies,dietary supplements,healthy products,food,help medical professional to further management pharmaceutical risk.METHODS The databases of PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang and CQVIP were searched for the eligible literature items.And drug database of National Medical Products Administration(NMPA),special food information query platform of State Administration for Market Regulation(SAMR),Chinese Pharmacopoeia,local Chinese medi-cine decoction preparation standards,JD.com and Taobao were accessed for confirming the existence of common names included in herb remedies,dietary supplements,healthy products and foods in China.RESULTS A total of 48 herb remedies,dietary supplements,healthy products and food-antiepileptic drug interaction pairs were identified from published literature,14 pairs from case report and 30 pairs from in vivo/vitro study.CONCLUSION Researches on the interaction between herb remedies,dietary supplements,healthy products,food and anti-epileptic drugs have remained insufficient.Although this study provides a system-atic summary of information on such interactions for healthcare professionals,further establishment of databases and development of effective tools are required for a proper management of medication risks in clinical practices.
