中医药治疗多发性硬化的研究热点及其进展

多发性硬化症(multiple sclerosis，MS)是一种中枢神经系统的炎性脱髓鞘病变，近年的受关注程度逐渐增高。该研究利用VOSviewer软件，对中国知网2000年1月至2023年2月间发布的关于中医药治疗MS的文献进行了聚类分析。搜索关键词包括"多发性硬化""multiple sclerosis""EAE"，并限定篇关摘中包含"中医"与"中药"。通过模糊搜索，共收集到713篇文献。分析结果显示，中医益肾法是当前治疗MS的热门研究领域。该方法在MS治疗中的应用广泛，为中医药治疗MS提供了丰富的参考和数据支持，有助于未来深入研究。
Research hotspots and advances of traditional Chinese medicine for treating multiple sclerosis
As an inflammatory demyelinating disease of central nervous system(CNS),multiple sclerosis(MS)has attracted growing attention in recent years.VOS viewer software was utilized for conducting a cluster analysis of literature on treating MS with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)published on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 2000 to February 2023.Search terms included"multiple sclerosis""MS"and"experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis"with the abstracts limited to those containing"TCM"and"Chinese herbal medicine."A fuzzy search yielded a total of 713 items.It revealed that TCM kidney-nourishing method is a current hot topic in MS research.This approach has been widely applied for treating MS,providing practical references and data supports for further researches into TCM treatment of MS.
