摘要
替雷利珠单抗是一种靶向程序性死亡受体-1的IgG4单克隆抗体,主要用于治疗非小细胞肺癌、尿路上皮癌等.本文报道1例晚期肺癌患者在应用替雷利珠单抗后,发生以"1型糖尿病并发酮症酸中毒"及"甲状腺功能减退"为主要表现的自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征,以期提高医务人员对此药所致罕见不良事件的认识.
Abstract
As an anti-programmed death 1(PD-1)mono-clonal immunoglobulin G4 antibody,tislelizumab is com-monly applied for treating non-small cell lung cancer and uro-thelial carcinoma.In a female patient of advanced lung cancer on tirellizumab,autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome was accompanied by type 1 diabetes mellitus complicated with ketoacidosis and hypothyroidism.It helped to enhance clini-cians'understanding of rare adverse events caused by tislelizumab.
