清宣止咳颗粒与盐酸氨溴索口服液联合治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察
Observation on Efficacy of Qingxuan Cough Granules Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in Treatment of Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

摘要
目的:探讨清宣止咳颗粒与盐酸氨溴索口服液联合治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效.方法:选取马鞍山市人民医院2015年3-9月收治的上呼吸道感染患儿172例,按随机数字表法分为2组各86例.2组患儿均给予抗感染、对症等常规治疗,对照组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予盐酸氨溴索口服液,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上联合应用清宣止咳颗粒,5d为1个疗程.比较2组患儿的疗效、体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽部充血消失时间及不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患儿显效率为74.42％(64/86),对照组为45.35％ (39/86),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽部充血消失时间分别为(2.34±0.90)、(3.62±0.83)、(3.83±1.21)d,与对照组的(3.63±0.42)、(4.64±1.51)、(4.98±1.50)d比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2组患儿均无明显不良反应发生.结论:清宣止咳颗粒与盐酸氨溴索口服液联合治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著,无明显不良反应发生,值得临床推广.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Qingxuan cough granules combined with ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution in treatment of children with acute upper respiratory infection.METHODS:172 children with acute upper respiratory infection admitted into Maanshan People's Hospital from Mar.2015 to Sept.2015 were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table,with 86 cases m each.Two group of patients were treated with anti-infection,symptomatic treatment and some other conventional therapy.The control group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution based on the conventional therapy,while the observation group received Qingxuan cough granules based on the control group;5 d for a treatment course.After treatment,the efficacy,extinction time of fever,cough and pharyngeal hyperaemia and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two group of patients.RESULTS:The excellence rate of observation group was 74.42％ (64/86),and control group was 45.35％ (39/86),with statistically significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).The extinction time of fever,cough and pharyngeal hyperaemia in observation group were respectively (2.34 ± 0.90) d,(3.62 ± 0.83) d and (3.83 ±1.21)d,compared with control group [(3.63 ± 0.42) d,(4.64 ± 1.51) d and (4.98 ± 1.50) d],the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no obvious adverse drug reactions in two group of patients.CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Qingxuan cough granules combined with ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution is effective,without any obvious adverse drug reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
