"培土生金法"治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的系统评价/Meta分析的再评价

目的:对"培土生金法"治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的系统评价/Meta分析进行再评价,为"培土生金法"在COPD稳定期的选择提供循证依据。方法:计算机检索 7 个中英文数据库,时限均为建库至2023 年6 月1 日,经文献筛选、数据提取后,应用AMSTAR 2 软件对纳入文献的方法学质量进行评价,应用GRADE系统工具对所有结局指标进行证据质量分级。结果:共纳入 13 篇系统评价/Meta分析,109 次结局指标;AMSTAR 2 软件分析显示,1 篇文献为低质量,11 篇文献为极低质量;GRADE分级显示,11 次结局指标为中等级别,58 次结局指标为低级,40 次结局指标为极低级。结论:"培土生金法"干预COPD稳定期确有优势、安全性好,但研究的方法学质量及证据质量偏低。为此,今后应进行高质量研究,另外,对系统评价的撰写应客观规范。
Re-Evaluation of Systematic Review/Meta-Analysis on Method of Reinforcing Earth to Generate Metal in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Stage
OBJCETIVE:To re-evaluate the systematic review/Meta-analysis on method of reinforcing earth to generate metal in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage,so as to provide evidence-based basis for the selection of method of reinforcing earth to generate metal in the treatment of COPD in the stable stage.METHODS:Seven Chinese and English databases were retrieved,and the time limit was from the establishment of the database to Jun.1st,2023.After literature screening and data extraction,the methodological quality of included literature was evaluated by AMSTAR 2,and the evidence quality of all outcome indicators was graded by GRADE system tool.RESULTS:A total of 13 systematic review/Meta-analysis and 109 outcome indicators were included.AMSTAR 2 showed that 1 article was of low quality and 11 articles were of extremely low quality.GRADE classification showed 11 outcome indicators of moderate grade,58 outcome indicators of low grade,and 40 outcome indicators of extremely low grade.CONCLUSIONS:The method of reinforcing earth to generate metal has advantages and high safety in the intervention of COPD in stable stage,yet the methodological quality and evidence quality of the research are low.Therefore,high quality research should be performed in the future.In addition,the writing of systematic review should be objective and normative.
