The incidence of endometrial cancer is increasing year by year as the quality of life improves and the pressure of life increases.Surgical therapy is the most significant treatment of endometrial cancer,endocrine therapy also plays an important role as one of the adjuvant therapy.So far,its medication scheme and treatment mechanism still need to be further explored.Therefore,this review elaborates the variety of endocrine therapy,mechanism,application scope,efficacy detection index and future development direction of endometrial cancer based on domestic and foreign literature.
