摘要

目的:基于文献可视化分析,探讨临床药学研究的发展趋势.方法:利用BICOMB 2.0 和VOSviewer 1.6.16 软件,对PubMed数据库自建库起至 2023 年 4 月 7 日发表的临床药学相关文献进行提取统计和可视化分析.结果:最终纳入文献4 609 篇,其中我国学者发文量为 174 篇.我国学者总体发文量呈递增趋势;发文量较多的机构包括中国药科大学、浙江大学医学院附属第一医院、北京大学医学部、上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院以及首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院.国内临床药学研究热点问题较单一,涉及医院药学服务、成年人的用药管理和回顾性研究等领域.结论:临床药学在我国起步晚但发展迅速,发展前景广阔.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To explore the cutting-edge tends in clinical pharmacy based on the visual analysis of the literature.METHODS:BICOMB 2.0 and VOSviewer 1.6.16 software were used to analyze and visualize the literature related to clinical pharmacy research published in PubMed database from the establishment of the databse to Apr.7th,2023.RESULTS:A total of 4 609 articles were included,of which 174 were published by Chinese scholars.The annual number of published articles by Chinese scholars demonstrated an upward trend in general.Most articles were published from several institutions,including China Pharmaceutical University,the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine,Peking University Health Science Center,Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medical,Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,Capital Medical University.Hot spots of clinical pharmacy research in China were relatively homogenous,including areas such as hospital pharmaceutical care,medication management for adults,and retrospective studies.CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacy research sprang up lately but developed rapidly in China,with broad prospects for development.
