OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical comprehensive value of Guanxinning tablets,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and basic drug management.METHODS:Based on the current research data and materials,the clinical comprehensive evaluation of Guanxinning tablets in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris was carried out around effectiveness,safety,economy,inheritance and innovation,suitability and accessibility.RESULTS:In terms of effectiveness,Guanxinning tablets can improve the efficacy of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram.In terms of safety,the adverse drug reactions were mild and the prognosis was good.In terms of economy,Guanxinning tablets had cost-effectiveness advantages.In terms of innovation,nine Chinese patents were approved.In terms of suitability,Guanxinning tablets were convenient to take,carry and store.In terms of accessibility,Guanxinning tablets were widely covered and affordable.CONCLUSIONS:Guanxinning tablets has clinical value in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris,and can provide reference for drug selection and clinical use.
