阿伐那非联合助阳活血方治疗勃起功能障碍的临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨阿伐那非联合助阳活血方治疗勃起功能障碍的疗效及安全性.方法:选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 5 月甘肃省妇幼保健院收治的勃起功能障碍患者 108 例,以随机数表法分为对照组(54 例)和观察组(54 例).对照组患者给予阿伐那非片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合助阳活血方治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应,在治疗前后评估并比较两组患者的勃起硬度评分(EHS)、国际勃起功能障碍指数(IIEF-5)以及夜间勃起功能.结果:观察组患者的总有效率为 92.59%(50/54),高于对照组的77.78%(42/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的EHS评分和IIEF-5评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患者高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的夜间勃起总持续时间、根部硬度≥60%持续时间和头部硬度≥60%持续时间长于治疗前,勃起次数、根部周径变化比和头部周径变化比高于治疗前;且观察组患者的夜间勃起总持续时间、根部硬度≥60%持续时间和头部硬度≥60%持续时间长于对照组,勃起次数、根部周径变化比、头部周径变化比高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的不良反应发生率为 11.11%(6/54),与对照组的 12.96%(7/54)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:阿伐那非联合助阳活血方治疗勃起功能障碍的临床疗效较好,可有效改善患者的勃起功能,具有较好的安全性.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and safety of avanafil combined with Zhuyang Huoxue formula in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.METHODS:A total of 108 patients with erectile dysfunction admitted into Gansu Provincial Maternal and Child Care Hospital from Jun.2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(54 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given Avanafil tablets,while the observation group was given Zhuyang Huoxue formula based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and incidences of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups,the erectile hardness score(EHS),international index of erectile dysfunction(IIEF-5)and nocturnal erectile function were compared between two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%(50/54),higher than 77.78%(42/54)of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the EHS and IIEF-5 scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the total duration of nocturnal erection,duration of root hardness≥60%and duration of head hardness≥60%of both groups were longer than those before treatment,the number of erections,root circumference change ratio and head circumference change ratio of both groups were higher than those before treatment;and the total duration of nocturnal erection,duration of root hardness≥60%and duration of head hardness≥60%of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,the number of erection,root circumference change ratio and head circumference change ratio of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions of the observation group was 11.11%(6/54),while the control group was 12.96%(7/54),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of avanafil combined with Zhuyang Huoxue formula in the treatment of erectile dysfunction is remarkable,which can effectively improve the erectile function,with good safety.
