摘要
目的:对复方丹参喷雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛进行药物经济学评价,为卫生体系有限用药资源的合理配置提供参考依据.方法:基于TreeAge Pro软件,对复方丹参片 vs.复方丹参喷雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛进行成本-效果分析,成本参数源于米内网数据库和相关文献;同时根据一项Meta分析,研究两种治疗方案短期内的经济性;通过单因素敏感性分析、概率性敏感性分析对本研究结果的稳健性进行验证.结果:基础分析结果表明,相对于复方丹参片,使用复方丹参喷雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的患者每多提高 10%的心电图有效率,需要多花费 6.06 元,此时若患者的意愿支付价格>6.06 元,复方丹参喷雾剂更具有经济性,否则复方丹参片更具有经济性.敏感性分析对结果有一定的影响,验证了基础分析结果的稳健性,与基础分析结果一致.结论:基于 2020 年我国人均可支配收入(32189 元)作为患者意愿支付阈值的假设,与复方丹参片相比,复方丹参喷雾剂在治疗冠心病心绞痛方面更具有经济性.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the pharmacoeconomics of compound Danshen spray in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,so as to provide reference for rational allocation of limited drug resources in health system.METHODS:Based on TreeAge Pro software,cost-effectiveness analysis of compound Danshen tablet vs.compound Danshen spray in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was performed.The cost parameters were derived from the Micron database and related literature.Meanwhile,the short-term economy of the two treatment schemes was studied according to a Meta-analysis,and the robustness of the results was verified through univariate sensitivity analysis and probabilistic sensitivity analysis.RESULTS:Basic results showed that compared with the compound Danshen tablet,compound Danshen spray in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease increased the electrocardiogram effective rate by 10%,6.06 yuan was needed.If the patients'willingness-to-pay was more than 6.06 yuan,compound Danshen spray was more economical,otherwise compound Danshen tablet was more economical.The sensitivity analysis had an impact on the results and verified the robustness of the results of the base analysis,which were consistent with the results of the base analysis.CONCLUSIONS:Based on the assumption that per capita disposable income(32189 yuan)in China in 2020 is the threshold of patients'willingness-to-pay,compared with compound Danshen tablet,compound Danshen spray is more economical in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
