Application of Virtual Reality Technology in Clinical Language Health Services for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
The study systematically examines the current status of the application of virtual reality(VR)tech-nology in clinical language health services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD).The findings indicate that existing research focuses on two main aspects:the validation of this technology's efficacy in this field and the assessment and intervention of social communication disorders in ASD children. Both aspects have demonstrated considerable application value and potential. However, concurrently,VR technology in clinical language health services for ASD children still faces a series of challenges, such as the absence of lin-guistic theories and the lack of practical implementation and validation in research.Additionally, given that the application of VR technology in the rehabilitation of special group is still in its infancy in China, the de-velopment of localized technologies and products is also a significant issue confronting the country. The study provides research directions for future innovations and developments in VR technology in the field of clinical language rehabilitation for autistic children and even more special group, aiming to further advance the digiti-zation and quality improvement of clinical language health services in China.
