法律与影视互动的四重视角——方法论层面的检视

摘要
法律与影视的交叉研究已经具有日臻丰富的展开,然在方法论层面仍然缺乏理论上的自觉.聚焦法律与影视互动的视角和思考方法,可以从四个方面进行类型化的讨论:第一是把电影作为对象,从法律看电影;第二是电影作为方法,从电影看法律;第三是电影作为语言,用电影去思考;第四是电影作为实践,用电影去改变.方法论的善化和醇熟是提升法律影视研究品位的有效手段.
Abstract
The cross-research between law and film & television has been carried out in abundance,but it still lacks consciousness in the level of methodology.Focusing on the perspective and thinking methods of the interaction between law and film & television,we can carry out a typed discussion from four aspects.The first is to take the film as the object and look at the film from the perspective of law.The second is the film as a method to view laws.The third is the film as a language to think.The fourth is film as practice to change.The refinement of methodology is an effective means to improve the quality of law and film & television research.
